Pharmacist - Acute - (Pharma / Pharm)
StartDate: 1/13/2025 Available Shifts: 12 N, 10 N Pay Rate: $2423.35 - $2792.12
Pharmacist needed asap Bachelor’s degree or Ph.D in Pharmacy required o RPH certification from the state of Texas required o 2+ years hospital staff pharmacist experience required (Pediatric experience preferred) o 40 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred "Required- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Or Ph.D. Pharm. D. degree" Required- RPH - Pharmacist State of Texas "The pharmacist in this role shall be a licensed practitioner who holds a valid, unrestricted license to conduct clinical activities."
