StartDate: 10/7/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D/E/N Pay Rate: $2059.07 - $2372.41
Pharmacist needed asap for 13 weeks 7am-3pm, 7a-12pm,10a-6p, rotating shifts STAFF PHARMACIST - RETAIL Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations for flu/COVID offsite and onsite clinics. Assist retail pharmacy vaccination schedule/walk-ins Mandatory Quals: BSP degree, RPH license in the State of Ohio, current pharmacy-based immunization delivery certificate, current BLS Preferred Quals: Pharm D Required Licenses: Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio, BLS current, Immunization delivery certificate Physical Environment: Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations 1 year experience
Required Qualifications
Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations for flu/COVID offsite and onsite clinics. Assist retail pharmacy vaccination schedule/walk-ins
Mandatory Quals: BSP degree, RPH license in the State of Ohio, current pharmacy-based immunization delivery certificate, current BLS
Preferred Quals: Pharm D
