Current State of Connecticut Perfusion LicenseCertifications: Current ABCP Certification, Current BLS Certificationmorning shifts (0600-1430)afternoon shifts (1400-2230)call shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd Call weekday and weekend shifts)Call shifts are 24hrs (0600-0600)• Provide perfusion support for elective and STAT adult open-heart procedures (CABG, AVR, MVR, Aortic Repairs, AngioVac, Heart Transplants, ECMO and Acute VADs)• Provide perfusion support for non-cardiac procedures such as:• Liver Transplants• HIPEC• ECMO (VV)• Autologous Blood Recovery• Provide perfusion support for cardiac support devices:• IABP• Impella CP, 5.5 and RP Flex• ProTek Duo• ECMO (VA)• CentriMag• HeartMate 3#HCRK
