Job Description:
- Provide occupational therapy services within an acute care hospital setting
- Work closely with patients to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs as required
- Maintain compliance with all state and facility regulations
- Float to various units within the hospital as needed
- Complete a thorough orientation process totaling 18 hours
