What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help residents regain daily living skills.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide training and education to residents, families, and caregivers.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric settings preferred.
