**Must-Have:** Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
**Job Description:**
- Evaluate and treat patients experiencing a decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence due to injuries or conditions.
- Provide specialty care across diverse needs, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurology, women’s health, lymphedema care, wheelchair fitting, and hand therapy.
- Work within a level 2 trauma center with access to advanced rehabilitation resources.
- Employ cutting-edge equipment including custom splinting stations, a therapy pool with an underwater treadmill, and separate gyms for adults and children.
- Collaborate in outpatient services offered one-on-one, with therapist-driven treatment times, accommodating various patient needs.
- Participate in holiday coverage as required to ensure continuous patient care excellence.
