Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Would be required to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and one Saturday per month from 7am to 3pm. 
Weekend shifts are required as needed

Requirements:

• NY License 
• 3+ Years’ Ambulatory Pediatric Experience 
• Should be familiar with vaccine schedules & telephone triage.
• BLS
• Asthma Educator Certification preferred
• Breastfeeding Counselor certification preferred
