Essential Functions

• Collect pertinent data related to the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan tailored to the healthcare consumer or situation.
• Develop a plan that prescribes strategies to achieve expected, measurable outcomes.
• Implement the identified plan, coordinate care delivery, and promote health and a safe environment.

• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status according to the American Heart Association.
• Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of residence or work.
• If declaring a National License Compact (NLC) state as the primary state of residency, meet the licensure requirements in the home state.
• For Non-National License Compact states, a current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner is required in the state where the RN works.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
