Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data pertinent to the patient's health or situation to determine diagnoses, problems, and issues.
• Develop individualized plans with strategies to achieve expected, measurable outcomes.
• Implement and coordinate care delivery while promoting health and a safe environment.
• Delegate care elements to appropriate healthcare workers within legal and policy parameters.
• Evaluate progress towards goals and outcomes, ensuring quality nursing practice.
• Communicate effectively across all areas of practice and collaborate with patients and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership in professional practice and seek continuous knowledge and competence.
• Integrate evidence and research findings into practice to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Utilize resources to provide safe, effective, and fiscally responsible nursing services.
• Promote shared governance and contribute to decision-making activities.

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, stoop, bend, push, and pull.
• Capability to lift and support up to 35 pounds in handling patients and medical equipment.
• Proficient in English with intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch.
• Possess finger dexterity, critical thinking, and the ability to respond quickly to changes.

• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status as per the American Heart Association.
• Valid RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in your state of work and residence, or compliance with National License Compact (NLC) state requirements.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
