Job Details

• Travel rate is available for local travelers if their start date is on or before 12/16.
• Target Ratios: 1:6
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop)
• Work Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week (No overtime until after 48 hours)
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Scheduling: Self-scheduling based on unit needs with NM input
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Float Requirement: Occasionally

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years (1.5 years with strong experience accepted)
• Travel Experience: Unit will accept first-time travelers
• Skills: IV Start and Telemetry
• Certifications: BLS
• Must pass EKG testing prior to start

Our patient population includes surgery patients specializing in colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, and orthopedics/spine.

• SBAR
• EPIC

• Unit Orientation: 36 hours
• Scrubs: Navy blue or white
• Block scheduling requests will be reviewed by the unit manager on a case-by-case basis
• Travelers are only allowed to take one of the three major holidays off (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day)
