Shift: Nights / 5:30p-6:15a (12x3) 36 hours per week, EOW
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend required, typically every other but depends on needs
Holiday required
Requirements:
- OR License
- 3 years experience
- Require 2.5 years of nursing experience, first 6 months do not count
- Must have EPIC experience
- Must have skills general surgery experience required
- Required to titrate drips, insulin
- BLS
- ACLS
- Trauma Level: 3
- Total joint experience preferred but not required
- Charting System: Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR
- Floating Requirements no, but if skill set allows and RN is agreeable, then we may ask them to float to MS
- Ratios yes, 7-8
- Common titratable &/or set rate drips Insulin
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients Total Joints, general surgeries, gyn surgeries, general medical patients including CVA, PNA, CHF, ETOH, end of life care, COVID, etc
