Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg - $2,000 to $2,200 per week in Midland, MI at Lancesoft Inc

Job Description: 

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient/resident care and oversee patient care technicians to ensure comfort and well-being. This role requires knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines for facility care, as well as basic medical/surgical expertise for managing general and orthopedic surgical patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment & Care (30%): Regularly assess patient needs and deliver skilled nursing services as prescribed by the care plan.
• Direct Resident Care (30%): Administer medications, treatments, assist with transfers, and respond to patient alarms and call lights.
• Evaluate Treatment Plans (20%): Assess and suggest updates to treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to improve patient care.
• Process Orders & Perform Care (10%): Accurately execute physician orders and provide prescribed care in a timely manner.
• Follow-up on Orders (10%): Ensure proper follow-up on medication changes and clarifications.
