JOB DETAILS:
Ratios: 1: 6-7.
Shift: DAYS 36 or 48 hours accepted. If 48, then no OT billed until after 48 hours. 13-26 week contracts approved.
RTO: 7 days MAX;
Float Requirement: Floating to similar units and alternate care locations with inpatients holding
Weekend Requirement: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIRED; must be able to work holidays

** Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed


PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Medical/Surgical Patients

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Insulin gtts, Heparin gtts

UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR

SCHEDULING TYPE: Based on scheduling gaps

UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours

SCRUBS: Navy
