About The Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Guaranteed Hours: Contracted hours guaranteed Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Florida State or compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Must-Have: - Two references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisors, Charge Nurse, or Director) from within the last year must be included with submission - Flu vaccine required during the period 10/31-3/31 (medical or religious exemptions only) - COVID-19 vaccine required (medical or religious exemptions only) Job Description: - L&D RN ratios are 1:2 - Open to first-timers - Weekend requirements: Every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period - Clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs - Must be willing to float between designated facilities - Block scheduling is dependent on unit needs and requires manager approval - Locals accepted at the same rate as travelers - Finalized requested time off must be included with submission - Scrubs are provided by the facility - Orientation consists of 16 non-billable hours
