About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the ICU team at Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield. This role includes floating to MedSurg/Telemetry units as needed. The nurse will care for patients with critical conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, AMI, and neuro issues.
Position Highlights:
- Specialty: ICU and ICU-CV Recovery (24 beds, capacity up to 32)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required (Neuro experience is a plus)
- Charting System: Cerner (Required)
- Shift: Days (12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
