Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse • Days
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in Home Health Care for a 13•week contract role. This full•time position requires a 40•hour commitment per week, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver home•based patient care
• Adapt to territory changes
• Uphold nursing standards and practices
Requirements:
• Active MA Nursing License
• 2 years of Home Health RN experience
• BLS Certification
• Experience with OASIS; knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred
• Flexibility in scrub color
• COVID•19 vaccination recommended
