NOW OFFERING 10,000 SIGN ON BONUS******Salary : 26.98hr - 43.17hrAnnual: $56,118.40 - $89.793.60CAP: 43.17 hourly, $89,793.60 annually (10 plus years of experience only )Sign On Bonus Pay Out Schedule: 5,000 in first check, $2,500 after 6 months, and 2,500 after 1 year18% Perm Placement FeeThe ER Registered Nurse prescribes and coordinates professional nursing care for assigned patients. S/he carries out these responsibilities independently within the guidelines of accepted nursing practice, medical direction, and hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Qualified candidates should be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current NH RN licensure. Two years of Emergency Department experience is preferred. ACLS Certification required; PALS Certification recommended. Rhythm Recognition or Basic Arrhythmia experience required. CEN and TNCC Certification preferred.Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Client utilizes Allscripts ParagonMust be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinationsMust be able and willing to floatwithout hesitation12 Bed UnitWould be working with 3-4 other staff members on the unit.4 to 6 week orientation before going on to the floor- Hands- On TrainingClient will give tour of unit at interviewUnder general supervision, plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in one unit on a particular shift, in accordance with established philosophy. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units; participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel. The ANA s standards apply to all nurses in all settings, and additional specialty standards apply to all specialty nurse s defining what is a competent or an excellent clinician.
