Job Details
- 2 years current clinical experience in ED setting - Required
- Illinois State Agency license MUST be uploaded with each profile.
- IL RN license active at time of submission.
- If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.
Job Requirements
- OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
- NBO: 8 hrs
- OT billing: if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs; if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs
Schedule Information
- All certificates should be active -- MAB can be obtained during onboarding.
- May be asked to float to Bettendorf, Muscatine, or Moline campus.
- Work history/resume.
- Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal).
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date).
- License verification.
