Travel Nurse RN - CVOR - $3,200 to $3,600 per week in Kankakee, IL at Lancesoft Inc

Department: CVOR | RN

- # Suites: 2 available, typically use one at a time.
- Average # of cases per day: 2-3 per week.
- Required Certifications: BLS
- Common Cases: CABG, TAVR, Valves, Impella, IABP.
- Experience: One year CVOR experience. MUST have experience in with Ortho/Neuro/vascular in main OR as
well. Could be called in for main or if there is a long case and help is needed.
- Scrubbing required - RN's: Yes for CV and Main OR.
- Charge Nurse: Yes, charge nurse.
- OR techs: Yes
- EMR: Epic
- Shifts & Scheduling: 0630-330p, 0630-500, potential for 12 hour shifts- need to discuss with management.
- Weeknight/Call Requirements: Could be on call most nights during the week. It is rare to be called in.
- Weekend/Call Requirements: every or every other weekend based on needs of the unit
- Holiday/Call Requirements: If the need is there, they are expected to help cover.
- What is call response time: 45 Minutes. Must be within 45 minutes while on call- no exception.
- Floating Requirements: Floating to main OR if there aren't any cases in CVOR.
- Scrub Color: Scrubs provided.
- Unit/Department specific orientation: 1-2 shifts on the unit.
