ID: 52572204 Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:00 - 16:30) Description: CVOR RN - 40HRS - DaysSTART DATE OPTIONS: 1/6**Must have Cerner Experience**Local Rate within 60 Miles: See AM Certs REQ: BLSCerts Preferred: ACLSSkills Req: SCRUB/CIRCULATE, CVOR, Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery Cases, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Mitral valve replacement, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, Open heart surgery OR experience req'd, CVOR RN circulate and scrub heart and vascular cases, circulate only for structural heart cases, Cerner1-9 Cases per day ON CALL: 2 Friday night 1630-0700 on call, 2 Saturday and 2 Sunday on call shifts 24 hour shifts and 4 weekday calls from 1630-0700 in a 6 week schedule.Structural heart: TAVR, Triluminate, Encircle, AAA repair, TCAR, EVAR, CABG, AVR, MVR, Thrombectomy, Carotid endarectomy, cardioversion, TEE, CVOR RN circulate and scrub heart and vascular cases, CVOR RN circulate only for structural heart cases.Scrubs ProvidedCharting: Cerner Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity. *May come into contact with Covid Patients* This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine*2 Years Minimum Experience RequiredMust have 1 prior travel assignment Modified 12:00:00 AM Account Manager: Terri Castro Account Manager Email: COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required Flu Vaccine: Required - No Exemptions Submittal Details: #Tier2 Travel ComplianceRTO - RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. **Please ensure all RTO is for the full 13 weeks for each submittal** Amount of RTO: Please, no more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract - highly preferred.
