Registered Nurse – Case Management- Case Manager - Travel - (CM RN)
StartDate: 1/20/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2218.76 - $2445.16
Coordinates with physicians, staff and non-Kaiser providers and facilities regarding patients transitions and discharge planning. In conjunction with physicians, develops plans of care and discharge plans, and makes recommendations for alternative levels of care as required.
Required Qualifications
-2 years case manager exp
-Exp in multiple specialties including cardiovascular surgery, chemo/oncology, and mother baby/pediatrics (including pediatric ICU and neonatal ICU).
*EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIRED*
