Technologists, require NY Clinical Laboratory Technologist State Licensure
o Experience working within micro lab (outside of just PCR testing during covid) - bacteriology, mycology, virology, parasitology
 Need experience in looking and growing cultures and identifying organisms
 Know how to read a gram stain
 Need experience in any level of culture work up (collect, inoculation, incubation, observation & growth evaluation, identification, testing)
• PREFERRED:
o Experience with Automation's Used:
 BD Kiestra
 Microscan (Beckman)
 Maldi (Bruker)
o Experience with Laboratory Information System (LIS) Used: Cerner
o Experience with PCR Platforms
 Cepheid
 BioFire
 ValuMix

FlexStaff Job ID #2024-1205-39. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
