Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Long Term Care/chronic Care LPN/LVNs in Brenham, Texas for a contract assignment at a partnering State supported living center. • $1,300 – $1,350 per week*
• State-supported living center
• This is a group home setting
• Heavy Med Pass
• Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
• Patient acuity may vary by location
• AM shift available
• 26-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
• LPN/LVN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

• Texas LPN License
• AHA BLS
• 1 year of experience as an LPN
• Long Term Care/chronic Care experience preferred
