Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is hiring in-home care LVNs to work at a partnering home healthcare provider in San Marcos, California. Home Health Nurse Contract Details:
- $1,560 – $1,739 per week*
- 13-week contract
- SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
- LVN will have a designated territory of coverage
- Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity

Requirements:
- Medicare Certified Agency Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current California Nursing License
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
