Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking LPNs in Elk Horn, Iowa for a contract assignment at a partnering Skilled Nursing Facility. LPN Contract Details
- $1,044 – $1,141 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- NOC shift available
- LPN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:
- Current Iowa LPN license
- 2 years previous nursing experience
- American Heart Association BLS certification
