Job Description:
- Assist in providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as part of patient treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy interventions.
- Collaborate closely with the therapy team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment for optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Kansas.
- CPR certification.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
