Job Details
- 5x8's for 40-hours week.
- Shift time may vary.
Schedule Information
- A completed primary COVID-19 vaccination series approved by the FDA or WHO OR an up-to-date COVID vaccine if a primary series was never received or completed is required.
- No exemptions or waivers (religious/medical) will be considered.
- Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccine, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines required.
- Proof of immunity via blood test to be provided if titer result is not immune or low immunity to MMR.
- Vaccine required during flu season from Sept 15th to April 30th.
- Must have documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date.
- Physician Statement signed within 365 days of start date.
