Requirements:

• AZ License
• 1 Year Experience
• IR experience
• BLS
• ARRT

Other Details:

• Procedures include, but are not limited to, Vascular Interventions, Device Implants, Central Line Placement, Stroke Thombectomies, Neuro Interventions, etc
• Float: per per department guidelines.
