Position Description: Radiology (R) - 7:00AM to 3:30PM - Special Procedures (727) Shift M-F 07:00- 3:30 plus on-call requirements (every 3rd week).

Address: 500 West Main Street, Lewisville, Texas 75057 Floor: First Floor Building: Main Bldg. General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – Hospital has 186 beds · Number of Staff – IR Dept has 6 staff members · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 3 Radiology RN’s o Day Shift - 3 IR Technologists · Patient Ratios – n/a · Type of equipment - GE · EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Ability to scrub & circulate cases… familiar with sterile procedures · Experience working in a Interventional Lab · Experience with guidewire and catheter exchanges in a sterile environment. Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Strong IR background and experience · Ability to run MacLab Hemo Dynamic System · List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Dialysis Cath Placements, Peripheral Arteriography, Angioplasty, Athrectomy, · EVAR, Central Line Placement, Embolectomy, Embolization, Coiling, Pulmonary, Port placements, Messenteric Arteriography and Feeding Tube placments, IVC Filters. etc…. Best personality Fit: · Outgoing, flexible, Open to change, dependable, on-time etc…. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · R.T.(R)(ARRT), TMB-MRT, BLS · Would prefer candidate with Vascular Interventional Registry or CardioVascular Registry Floating Area(s): · Rad, sometimes Cath Lab if needed. Dress Code : · Scrub Color/Attire - Gray Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Weekends and On call(if any) · Rotating call
