General Information: Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Number of Staff – Type of staff: Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios – Type of equipment - EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: scrubbed and competent with open heart procedures and endo-vascular/open vascular procedures. We do CABGs, valves, type A dissections, TAVR, endo AAA, CEA, TEVAR, angios, carotid stents.
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Open heart experience for 2 years, Endovascular experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG, AVR, MVR, Endovascular case, AVF creation, CEA
Best personality Fit: REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: CST, BLS
Floating Area(s): Main OR
Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - We provide scrubs for the OR.
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any): Week days 7a-3p call shifts divided among the staff for the month, rotating weekend calls (depends on how many staff are in the department on how often weekend calls are assigned).
