Job Description:
As a Travel CT Technologist, you will:
- Perform a variety of CT imaging procedures in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain and operate CT imaging equipment with proficiency.
- Document and manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA and facility guidelines.
- Adhere to infection control standards and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- Licensed to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Massachusetts (or eligibility for licensure).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience preferred.
