The Travel Coordinator is responsible for the company’s travel needs. Duties include hotel, car rental, limo, flight arrangements, and visa application processing. You’ll contribute to the efficiency and success of our business through personalized, organized, and proactive support for company travelers. This position will also provide administrative assistance to select executive leaders.
This is an onsite position at our office in Dania Beach, Florida.
- Full-time position will be 40 hours per week.
Principle Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating all company international & domestic travel
- Assess traveler needs and make the best travel arrangements for company business while following company travel policies.
- Ensures travel needs are met within the constraints of the travel budget
- Set up and maintain traveler profiles to ensure accuracy.
- Track airline flight credits to ensure they are used for future travel.
- Work with the company travel agency
- Administer leased vehicles
- Assist the HR Department with various projects
- Ability to manage crises with unforeseen situations such as flight cancellations, airline strikes, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions, deadlines, and changes.
- Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
- Other job duties and special projects as requested
- Travel coordinator experience required.
- Experience is required to acquire documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances needed for travel.
- 1-3 year years of related administrative experience.
- High School or equivalent
- Geographical knowledge.
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Ability to act independently and autonomously.
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly personable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)
