Position: Physical Therapist
Job Description: As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for patients by providing rehabilitative treatments and exercises to promote mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities. Responsibilities include assessing patients' conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition to determine the appropriate therapy plan.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
- Educate patients and their families about the therapy process and home exercises.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
