**Job Description:**
- Provide therapy services under the direction and supervision of an occupational therapist
- Assist patients with rehabilitative activities and exercises outlined in a treatment plan developed in collaboration with an occupational therapist
- Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatments in collaboration with occupational therapists as necessary
- Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on exercises and techniques to continue therapy at home
- Maintain records of patient progress and communicate updates to supervising occupational therapist
- Ensure therapy areas and equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
