Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Skilled - (COTA - Skilled)
StartDate: 1/30/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1431.00 - $1649.00
Marysville Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing facility (SNF) dedicated to providing comprehensive rehabilitation and long-term care services. Our facility is committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care to each of our patients, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and a compassionate approach. As part of our commitment to providing excellent care, we offer a traveling program to support multiple facilities within our network. Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in California. Proven experience as a COTA, preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting. Willingness to travel to multiple facilities within the network as needed. Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in occupational therapy. CPR certification (preferred).
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in California.
Proven experience as a COTA, preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting.
Willingness to travel to multiple facilities within the network as needed.
Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in occupational therapy.
CPR certification (preferred).
