We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in March at a skilled nursing facility in California. This facility uses Rehab Optima system and has a 85% productivity expectation. Please reach out today for more information!

• March Start Date
• Monday - Friday 8/8:30 am - 5:00 pm, possible weekend coverage, 35 hours guaranteed
• EMR: Rehab Optima experience strongly preferred
• SNF experience strongly preferred
