StartDate: 2/10/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1253.00 - $1443.00
NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. COTA Needed - ASAP Start date, 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule.
Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled
Licenses: OTA-MN(Copy needed)
Certifications: COTA; BLS
Float: may be required to float to other facilities to maintain guarantee hours (w/i 30miles)
Scrub Colors: any color scrubs or business casual
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
