Travel Certified Nursing Assistant - NCG Associates

As a Travel CNA at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations, ensuring that patients receive the essential care they need.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Safely transfer patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assist with range of motion exercises and physical therapy
• Observe and report any changes in patients' condition or behavior to the nursing staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms
• Accurately document patient information and maintain records
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a CNA preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical endurance and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
• Flexibility to travel and work in different locations
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Pay Rate:$960-$1,040 @40hrs weekly

Shift and Time Schedule: Afternoon, 3:0pm-11:00pm

Hours Guaranteed: 40 hours

Length of assignment: 14 Weeks

License required: RI license
