Shift Details:• Days | 4x10hours | 40hours/week• Weekends & Holidays as per facility needs. Required Qualification:• Vascular/Interventional radiography certification, or one year of Angio/Interventional experience.• 1 year of vascular or interventional experience• ARRT registration• State of Utah Rad Tech License.• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.• ACLS or PALS certification Job Duties:• Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and prepares the patient for the exam.• Prepares patients for exam using appropriate body mechanics.• Identifies proper exams based on patient need and utilizes correct exam techniques.• Produces quality images through the appropriate operation of equipment/instrumentation.• Follows proper patient identification protocols.• Thoroughly and accurately completes all required documentation, including time stamps and image storage.• Maintains work area and stocks needed supplies.• Transports patients as needed.• Develops specific knowledge with regard to invasive, diagnostic and interventional supplies, appropriate indications and applications, and proper use and deployment techniques.
