Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - Cath Lab Tech (Cardiac Cath Lab)
Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 10-hour days, 4 shifts per week (Monday to Friday) from 07:00-17:30 with a half-hour lunch break
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
License: ARRT
Certifications: BLS, RCIS
Must-Have: BSN not required, Cath Lab experience, strong knowledge of pacemakers, ballooning, stinting, Impella, balloon pump procedures
Job Description:
- Provide support in a high-paced Cath Lab unit specializing in cardiac procedures
- Perform circulating and scrubbing duties during pacemaker implants, ballooning, stinting, Impella, and balloon pump procedures
- Utilize Merge hemo and Cerner EHR for charting
- Participate in on-call rotation, approximately 8-12 days per month including weekends
- Collaborate with the team to create call schedules
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency in a busy Cath Lab environment
- Follow all hospital protocols and procedures for patient care and safety.
