Imagine a workweek where you connect with 6-9 wonderful children, guiding them through 145-150 hours of transformative care, which includes a minimum of 28 billable hours and 20% supervision, to ensure you're not spread too thin.
Total compensation is $91,000 - $101,000, which includes your base salary and $8,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics.
How we'll grow together:
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols. Learn the intricacies of supervisory leadership, enhancing your ability to guide and support a dedicated team.

Our benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary based on a minimum of 28 hours of care a week, as well as a bonus plan of up to $8,000 annually based on efficiency & quality care metrics. Total compensation (base + bonus) for this role starts at $80,000 and is dependent on your years of experience and expertise.

Requirements:
- You must have 5+ years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- You have a willingness to travel to multiple locations on an as-needed basis, with a flexibile and responsive approach to meet both center and client needs.
- You have strong clinical expertise in ABA interventions, including the ability to assess, design, and implement effective treatment plans for diverse populations.
- You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.
