Travel Ads Product Support Manager - US Tech Solutions

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Within Client's Ads Business, you will be joining a team to help scale the Travel Ads products as the team expands to launching new ads products and features.
• You will be partnering with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering and helping to launch critical products and services across the Client Ads business.
• Our focus is on bringing powerful insights to these teams to improve product, help customers grow the business and improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• As a Travel Ads Product Support Manager, you will work closely with external partners, advertisers, and our product & engineering teams to directly support the growth of Client Ads and Hotel Center.
• You will onboard advertisers, develop scaled workflows, and deliver timely feedback to all to help improve our products and implementations.
• Provide proactive high touch support to partners and advertisers and help them implement and onboard as we scale new formats. This includes:
• Owning end to end partner and advertiser onboarding and reactive support.
• Provide consultation to customers to help them implement technical solutions for campaign management and conversion tracking.
• Developing workflows and managing daily high touch support.
• Troubleshooting any issues and provide actionable recommendations to the advertisers and partners.
• Proactively documenting advertiser and partner feedback to share internally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Come up with creative ideas to address identified gaps and influence relevant stakeholders to get buy-in for implementing proposed solutions.
• Derive critical insights by analyzing and connecting disparate data sets across the business, to unlock opportunities for improvement across product, operations, and knowledge management.
• Define and report success metrics to help evaluate the efficiency of implemented solutions.
• Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering and Business Solutions teams.

Mandatory:

• Strong project / program management experience.
• Must have Knowledge of Ads and working with advertisers.
• Experience with presentations, sheets, docs, etc.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
