Transportation Team Leader (Roadway Engineering) - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Transportation Team Leader (Roadway Engineering) position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in IN required.
• 10+ years of experience with transportation design projects, including roadway design and intersection projects.
• Experience managing both people and projects, or a willingness to learn and grow into a management role.
• Strong background in transportation project management, including scope, budgeting, and proposal development.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Knowledge of INDOT Design Manual, Project Development Process, permitting, and environmental requirements.
• Familiarity with OpenRoads software preferred, but not required.
• Capable of working alongside senior leadership to implement process improvements and drive project success.

Salary: $51.00 - $64.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
