Job Summary
Supports the Proposal Department's mission and goals by coordinating various content management, data management, and business development projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attends or leads project milestone meetings with project operations teams (including physically visiting jobsites).
2. Collects, validates, documents and maintains project data in the CRM database, and other department information and documentation, as it pertains to typical proposal response requirements. Assists with reviewing and maintaining narrative content for inclusion in the CRM database and/or other deliverables.
3. Coordinates closely with Marketing Coordinators, Marketing Writers, Photographers/Videographers, Graphic Designers and other Marketing Department representatives on a regular basis.
4. Coordinates with Business Development Representatives and Business Development Managers to provide project and personnel data and content relevant to business development efforts, including (but not limited to) pre-win activities, written collateral, studies, interviews, and conferences/conventions.
5. Directly supports Proposal Specialists during the proposal process by providing necessary project and personnel data and content for inclusion into project-specific proposals.
6. Directly supports the Proposal Specialists and Proposal Manager in day-to-day proposal-related tasks as requested.
7. Initiates and leads resume update discussions with employee-owners, and maintains resume information in the CRM database.
8. Manages and performs regular audits of CRM database data and content as it pertains to completed and ongoing projects. Coordinates with operating groups to update and improve database information and correct audit findings.
9. Manages content/data workflow, including monitoring project status with project operations teams and initiating milestone deliverables.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. At least two years of experience working in a communications, business analyst, general management, or information management role.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable).
3. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
