Position Title: Domestic Logistics Operator
Location: Knoxville, TN - Preferred that candidates are local to the Knoxville area to be onsite for training.
Duration: 3 months contract
Work Arrangement: Based in Knoxville, TN but open to remote work.
Pay Range: $20.00/hr

Who we are looking for / Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to recent graduates with relevant academic coursework or internships in supply chain or logistics.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
- Ensure on-time delivery by monitoring pickups, in-transit shipments, and deliveries, proactively addressing late deliveries to maintain high service levels for customers.
- Perform hyper-tracking of critical loads as identified by business and transportation teams.
- Update tracking information and new dates across platforms such as spreadsheets, FourKites, Control Tower, TMS, and SAP to enhance cross-functional visibility and communicate exceptions to customer teams promptly.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to secure accurate and timely shipment updates.
- Coordinate rescheduling with carriers immediately after missed pickups or deliveries.
- Schedule customer delivery appointments via websites, email, or phone calls.
- Analyze shipment data to ensure all loads have confirmed delivery appointments.
- Provide operational team support as needed, including daily inbound and outbound shipment planning or execution.
