Overview
The Office: Mexico City, Mexico
Working hours:
- 8 AM - 5 PM Mexico City time (from April till October)
- 9 AM - 6 PM Mexico City time (from November till March)
Senior Account Manager / Senior Producer at Locaria is both responsible for bringing all components of the production and delivery of projects together and being a client service representative.
Senior Account Manager / Senior Producer will be working as part of the Locaria team, responsible for creating and delivering an integrated range of assets and support for our global flagship client. Reporting to a Manager, Production Services you will lead day-to-day work helping to manage expectations and deliver projects against timelines. We're looking for someone who is proactive, and who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results; someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
- Lead internal daily stand-up meetings, providing updates and facilitating communication across teams, with a focus on preparing precise handovers for the European timezone team.
- Implement and oversee processes for managing feedback and collaboration within Figma, including tagging responsible team members and ensuring timely resolution of comments and revisions.
- Strategically allocate resources and manage workflow across departments and specialized teams to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Enforce strict adherence to project timelines and milestones, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead and mentor the creative production team, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Streamline document flow and financial oversight, including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing, and budget management, to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders, such as sound studios, and freelancers, to facilitate seamless collaboration and achieve project objectives.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality assurance, conducting regular reviews and evaluations to ensure deliverables meet Locaria's and industry benchmarks for excellence.
- Champion a culture of accountability and excellence, driving the team to consistently deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Conducting thorough preparation and precise budget calculations for prospective clients.
- Working closely with the Global Growth team
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, account management, or production, ideally within Creative/Localization Agencies.
- Ability to effectively manage teams of producers, editors, and designers.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and capability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, including Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Docs.
- Familiarity with Figma and AirTable
