Transportation Engineer - Selectek, Inc.

We are looking for a Transportation Engineer in the Columbus Ohio area.

Job Duties:

• Lead transportation design calculations/reports/plan preparation/roadway modeling
• Assist office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations.
• Develop peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts.
• Coordinate project tasks and report to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking.
• Support Ohio and regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects
• Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio  

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program.
• 7-12 years’ experience is designing transportation projects.
• Background working on ODOT, county, and municipal transportation design projects.
• Project management experience and experience leading project teams (preferred)
• Technical knowledge/ computer skills:
• MicroStation / Bentley Open Roads Designer (required)
• Microsoft Office products:  Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook (required)
• Adobe (preferred)

Pay:  $35-$43/hr.
Location:  Columbus, OH
Duration:  Temp-to-hire
