Job Title: Senior Transportation/Civil Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $95,000 - $135,000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage and execute transportation and civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Design Work: Use CAD and Civil 3D software for roadway and highway design, creating detailed and scalable solutions.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Work with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, design documents, and project plans to support project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years in civil engineering with a focus on transportation projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio.
- Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D software.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in design and project management of transportation infrastructure.
