This position can be based in either our Tampa or Maitland, FL offices.
Ready to embark on an exhilarating journey across the highways of the Southeast? We're on the lookout for a visionary Highway Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. Based in sunny Florida, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge highway projects that redefine connectivity and mobility.
You'll be the architect of designs ranging from basic to high complexity, meticulously crafting solutions that exceed our client's expectations. But it doesn't stop there. With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure every draft design meets the rigorous standards of federal, state, and local regulations before giving it your seal of approval.
Compliance is key, and you'll be the guardian of our firm's policies and practices, ensuring they're upheld in every design endeavor. Armed with your expertise, you'll conduct site reviews and studies, ensuring our designs seamlessly align with the unique specifications of each location.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering or related discipline. 3 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with FDOT.
