- Asset Management: Ensure meticulous oversight of assigned Class A CDL drivers, tractors, and trailers through strategic dispatch processes.
- Compliance Enforcement: Uphold drivers' accountability for DOT regulations, operational prerequisites, equipment usage, and company policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and track driver performance metrics such as on-time delivery, route adherence, and Hours of Service compliance.
- Technology Utilization: Showcase proficiency in logistics software like TMW, Peoplenet, PCMiler, and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
- Issue Resolution: Tackle customer inquiries, service exceptions, and devise customer-centric solutions.
- Safety Advocacy: Disseminate safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and C-TPAT best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
- Target Achievement: Develop strategies to surpass KPIs related to asset utilization, on-time service, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor designated drivers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous enhancement.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of pertinent logistics/transportation experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience of at least 2 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office, logistics software, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, C-TPAT, and transportation operations.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications: Possess a Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field (or an Associate's degree with relevant experience) Demonstrated minimum of 3-5 years in management and 5 years in transportation Proficiency in at least two areas, including dispatch, fleet maintenance, CDL driving, and/or transportation safety Proficient in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW, Peoplenet, etc.), and reporting tools Strong multitasking abilities, excelling in fast-paced environments Exemplary organizational skills with keen attention to detail Hold a valid Class A CDL and meet eligibility requirements for company vehicle insurance Lead our driver operations to unprecedented success!
